Through personal industry connections, I secured a vacant commercial space and transformed it into a polished, brand-aligned venue for a multi-day luxury shopping event.

I managed all event logistics including layout planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site operations. The goal was to create a smooth, professional experience for both staff and high-profile clientele while maintaining the elevated aesthetic of the brand.
