The Bush Temple 

The Bush Temple is located on the border of River North and The Gold Coast. Comprised of two residences, a historic French Chateauesque building on Chicago Avenue and a newly constructed 15-story tower on Clark Street. Together, they provide an authentic, amenity-rich environment to call home with two roof lounges, a fitness center, rooftop pool, and grand lobby. The Bush Temple pulls its name from the original building’s history as the headquarters of the Bush & Gerts Piano Company, of which there is a restored piano on display in the communal lobby.

Maintaining a spotless Rooftop pool & deck, hosting weekly resident events including a MAC DUGGAL Sample Sale, Open Chicago Architecture Tour, and Pool Opening party with DJ Witz, our residents experience the ease of entertainment and convenience at their fingertips.

Seamlessly upgrading the property by working with SCB Architects on interior design projects for the building, contractors to install Luxer One to enhance how residents receive packages, and activating unused spaces such as the basement storage room to convert to resident storage.
